At Highbury Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back in its original packaging with all protective inserts and hardware included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup at your convenience; smaller accents can be dropped off with a prepaid label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
